-This will happen from time to time. I mean, whenever Broadway Joe's kind-of-intimidating, semi-smokeshow(?) daughter gets caught with more weed on her than the cast of Chapelle's Show, we feel obligated to report it. We juswanna kisserr.
Speaking of Chapelle's Show....this is the only Tiger Woods press conference we remember:
-First mention of hockey in this blog's history? Yessssir. Congrats to the USA for the effort, as well as for the first time a non-Patriots/Red Sox/Celtics(for 1 of us) affiliated sports moment made us jump out of our seat. But as we read yesterday, we can't wait to celebrate when the U.S. shocks the world and beats Canada in basketball. Bitter? Kind of.
-Why does everyone in this country go absolutely haywire when a tragic story involving an animal occurs? Does anyone else find it slightly absurd that a serial-killer whale is getting probably just as much coverage as one of the 5 largest earthquakes of all-time? What in the wide world of sports is going on here?
